Needlefelt Critters

First Needlefelt Fox
This is the first fox I needlefelted, and the first needlefelt I sold. It’s inspired by the kitsune, the spirit fox from Japanese mythology.

Second Needlefelt Fox
This is inspired by the kitsune, a fox spirit from Japanese mythology. The most powerful is the 9-Tailed-Fox, but this kitsune only has 3-tails.

Needlefelt Maple Moth
Maple moths are adorable bugs, and they look like a real-life Pokémon!

Gazzette Needlefelt Doll
This doll is based on the protagonist of the YA Dark Fantasy novel I’ve been writing. Gazzette is fully posable with a wire armature.

Green Bottle Blue Tarantula Needlefelt
This is the first very colorful arachnid I needlefelted. These tarantulas live in the desert areas of northern Venezuela.

Needlefelted Spider Collection
From the top left corner to the lower right: Black Widow Spider, Brazilian Jeweled Tarantula, Green Bottle Blue Tarantula, 3 Flower Crab Spiders, 3 Daring Jumping Spiders (including a PRIDE version), Zebra Jumping Spider, Pink-Toed Tarantula.

Needlefelt Daring Jumping Spider
This is based on my favorite species of spider, the Daring Jumping Spider. How can you not love a spider that has a heart on its butt?
This has wire armature so the legs are posable.
This has wire armature so the legs are posable.

Mama and Baby Spider
I made a baby spider that also has a wire armature, so I had fun posing them. Did you know that the Daring Jumping Spider is New Hampshires State spider?
